About Us:
We are one of Atlantic Canada’s fastest-growing online automotive brands, delivering 100+ vehicles each month. We’re building an in-house media team to capture daily content, tell real customer stories, and create high-energy videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

We’re looking for a Creative Director / Lead Videographer to lead the creative vision and turn day-to-day operations into entertaining, story-driven content.

What You’ll Do:

• Film day-to-day operations: sales, customer moments, deliveries, trade-ins
• Lead creative direction + storylines
• Edit short-form content (1–3 videos/day)
• Capture spontaneous behind-the-scenes moments
• Work with the content team to plan series & campaigns
• Be on-site daily in a fast-paced environment

You Are:

• A strong shooter + editor with real social media experience
• Confident directing people on camera
• Fast, creative, and obsessed with storytelling
• Someone who thrives in a high-energy environment
• Deeply familiar with TikTok/IG/YouTube short-form trends

Skills Needed:

• Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut Pro
• Camera knowledge
• Short-form storytelling & pacing
• Basic lighting/audio understanding

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
