We’re storytellers, builders, and brand shapers and we’re looking for a Creative Content Lead who can bring strategy, structure, and energy to our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll oversee our Social Media Specialists, own copywriting for ads and campaigns, and make sure our content isn’t just good, it’s sharp, consistent, and impossible to ignore. You’ll work side-by-side with our Creative Director to push the department forward, build better processes, and bring fresh ideas to the table. If you’re equal parts creative storyteller and organized strategist, you might be our person. What You’ll Do Lead & Mentor Guide and support our social media team, helping them grow while keeping content aligned with Capital’s brand voice and goals. Balance strategy with action: Planning, mentoring, and steering the ship, but stay ready to jump in and create when the team needs you. Keep a pulse on what’s working and what’s not and bring ideas and insights forward to make the team stronger. Social & Content Strategy Plan and oversee Capital’s social content calendar, ensuring consistency, creativity, and industry best practices. Analyze performance and adjust strategy to keep engagement and reach moving in the right direction. Stay ahead of social trends and shifts, spotting opportunities before anyone else. Copywriting & Content Creation Write compelling ad copy across platforms (Meta, Google Display, email campaigns, and more). Craft clear, creative messaging for marketing campaigns, social posts, websites, and beyond. Jump in on content creation (graphics, video concepts, etc.) as needed to support the team. Process & Standards Document and build clear content and social processes so the whole department runs smoother. Proof content before it goes live, ensuring it’s accurate, consistent, and on brand. Set the standard for quality and creativity, raising the bar for the whole team. Collaboration Work closely with other departments to align messaging and campaigns. Partner with the Creative Director to strengthen the department’s overall vision and output. Be the go-to for content clarity, ensuring our messaging always feels like “Capital.” What We’re Looking For A proven background in content creation, social strategy, and ad copywriting. Experience leading or mentoring. Strong balance of creativity and organization: you can dream big and keep the trains running on time. Confidence to present ideas and insights, and curiosity to keep learning. A natural communicator who’s fun, approachable, and thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
