Project Overview: Arpeg is producing a series of short videos to highlight our five core values: Communication, Respect, Integrity, Prosperity, and Excellence. The goal is to create five individual videos (one per value) plus one summary video that brings all values together. These videos will be used on our website, social media channels, and onboarding materials. Objectives: - Bring our company values to life through authentic employee storytelling. - Capture a diverse range of voices from across the organization (Head Office + remote employees). - Create polished, modern video assets that reflect Arpeg’s culture and brand. Format & Content - Interviews with all employees (19 people) - Each employee will speak about three values of their choice. - 5 short videos (approx. 45–60 seconds each) — one per value. - 1 combined summary video (1–1.5 minutes) featuring the strongest clips across all interviews. - Clean, modern visual styling consistent with Arpeg and And-Co branding. Production Schedule Shoot Dates: - December 10 — Half of Head Office staff - December 11 — Remaining Head Office staff + remote employees (All employees will be on-site this day.) - Or December 11 only if possible Final Delivery: - All videos completed by December 31 Project Options: Option 1 — Editing Only - We provide all raw footage (interview shots + B-roll). You handle: - Reviewing and organizing footage - Editing 5 value-specific videos - Editing 1 summary video - Colour correction + sound cleanup - Branding elements (intro/outro, name tags, logo, fonts) Budget: Up to $1,500 Option 2 — Full Production (Filming + Editing) You handle: - On-site filming on December 10 + 11 (or just Dec 11) - Lighting, sound, camera setup - Direction of interviews - Minimal B-roll (office, team interactions) - All editing and post-production deliverables listed above Budget: Up to $2,500 all-in Deliverables: - 6 total videos (5 value clips + 1 summary video) Optimized exports for: Website (1080p / landscape) Thank you!
