We need an electrical Engineer/Drafter that is familiar with Electrical engineering and AutoCAD Electrical (ACE) to put together a series of ACE Blocks For: All Siemens S7-1200 PLC modules, that would normally be displayed in a 2D Rack/Chassis layout, including: 1.) CPUs 2.) IO Modules 3.) Communications Modules 4.) Power Supplies (If Separate module) 5.) Specialty Modules As defined here (https://sieportal.siemens.com/en-ch/products-services/10045647?tree=CatalogTree) Many of the symbols exist in AutoCAD electrical, but are simple symbols and we are looking for detailed symbols drawn to scale with attributes Many symbols can be downloaded from vendor or other 3rd party sites. There are 3 Main Tasks for the project, they are: 1.) Search the Siemens site or 3rd party source for all the above part numbers and required data. 2.) Fill in the spreadsheet and populate all cells similar to the existing data, for all part numbers 3.) For each part number in the spreadsheet, create 2 ACE Blocks: a.) one for the 2D Face layout, much like ACE but a realworld look and feel b.) one for a Wiring Schematic, like ACE but with module Terminal Block View NOTE: You are required to do the research to find the part information and the wiring information for each module. 1.) This will be a fixed price project, Respond with price and timeline to complete. 2.) Provide examples of similar blocks created. 3.) We are ultimately going to require these templates for all PLCs across AB, ABB, Siemens, Mitsubishi, omron, Schneider, etc.. So if you work well there will be much more work.
