Description: We are looking for a skilled 3D rendering specialist to create high-quality exterior renderings of our building using the provided CAD and PDF files. The renderings should accurately represent the materials and finishes we’ve selected, including exterior cladding, windows, doors, and other architectural details. Scope of Work: • Import and model from existing CAD and PDF files of the building • Apply our selected exterior finishes and materials (to be provided) • Produce photorealistic 3D renderings of the building’s exterior • Provide multiple perspectives/angles for review (front, side, aerial, etc.) • Make revisions based on feedback to ensure the final rendering aligns with our vision Deliverables: • High-resolution exterior renderings (JPEG/PNG format) • Editable source files (preferred but optional) • At least 3–4 perspective views of the building Requirements: • Proven experience in architectural visualization and 3D rendering • Proficiency with tools like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software • Strong understanding of materials, textures, and lighting for realistic renderings • Portfolio showcasing similar projects (building exteriors preferred) • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively for revisions
