We are seeking Malaysian candidates fluent in Mandarin and English to assist with conveyancing data entry for a Canadian notary company. This role involves processing real estate and mortgage documents, updating records, and coordinating transactions. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition to a full-time remote position with performance bonuses. Scope of Work Conveyancing Support – processing real estate and mortgage documents, updating records, and assisting with transaction coordination. During the onboarding and early phase, compensation will be hourly. - Each file typically takes 2–3 hours to complete; more complex files may take 4–5 hours or longer - In the second phase, candidates who pass training and complete 30–50 files successfully will be offered a full-time remote position, with: - Degree preferred but not required
