ICUC is seeking an experienced contractor or agency to design, produce, and manage our booth space and support brand presence at the upcoming 2026 Conference. As a premium sponsor with a main-agenda fireside chat, expanded booth footprint, and multiple brand touchpoints, ICUC requires a cohesive, high-impact experience that reflects our leadership in global social media community management. Project Objectives Create a visually engaging, on-brand booth experience that draws traffic and encourages meaningful conversations. Reflect ICUC’s positioning as a trusted, empathetic, tech-driven partner for Fortune 500 brands. Seamlessly integrate booth design with event deliverables (session promotion, app notifications, seat drops, and signage). Optimize layout for flow, accessibility, and visibility in a high-traffic area. Scope of Work The selected partner will be responsible for the full lifecycle of booth design and development, including: Concept & Design: Develop 2–3 creative concepts aligned with ICUC’s 2026 campaign theme and brand guidelines. Provide 3D renderings, layout, and visual mockups for review and approval. Fabrication & Build: Fabricate all booth components, signage, and display materials (modular and sustainable options preferred). Coordinate delivery, on-site setup, and teardown in collaboration with Ragan’s event team. Experience Integration: Incorporate digital engagement elements (interactive screens, social wall, content loop, or lead capture tools). Align design with complementary placements: seat drops, hallway signage, and Tech Talk interview visuals. Brand Assets: Integrate ICUC logo, color palette, and “2026 Social Media Trends” visual identity. Prepare print and digital files for Ragan submission (booth graphics, signage, promo materials). Deliverables Final booth design (approved concept, layout, and renderings) Fabricated and installed booth with specifications (double standard exhibitor space, 2 tables provided) Coordinated signage and promotional materials for hallways and session rooms Digital files for event app ad, push notifications, and seat drop materials Timeline Project kickoff: November 2025 (upon contractor selection) Design concepts due: November 13, 2026 Final design approval: November 30, 2026 Fabrication & logistics: February 2026 On-site setup: TBD Teardown: Post-event Requirements Proven experience designing and managing high-traffic trade show booths (preferably in marketing, comms, or tech sectors). Ability to deliver creative concepts on tight timelines. Familiarity with sustainable materials and modular booth systems. Strong communication and project management skills.
