For those passionate about helping ensure every trip is seamless, well-organized, and on budget, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in contracting and reservations.


The Contracting & Reservations Assistant supports both supplier contracting and trip reservations for Canada-based trips. This hybrid role is responsible for contracting administration, supplier research, and relationship management, as well as the accurate and timely booking of accommodation, transportation, and activities.


The role works closely with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure trips are contracted within budget, loaded accurately into systems, and operated smoothly from confirmation through departure. This position focuses on Canada-based itineraries while collaborating with the wider North America DMC and Contracting teams as required.


This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Toronto, Ontario, or Squamish, British Columbia. The salary range for this position is $58,000–$62,000 CAD, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and some awesome perks.


Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  • Proven attention to detail with a strong track record of accuracy

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience analyzing data and creating or interpreting reports

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred

  • Experience with travel reservation systems and internal booking tools

  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines

  • Knowledge of regional travel logistics
