- Base salary range for Continuous Improvement Manager between $90,000 and $110,000 USD annually
- Be responsible for coaching the rigorous usage and ongoing improvement of lean manufacturing tools in the Pryor Paper Mill and Converting Plant.
- Conduct quarterly loss analyses to identify top opportunities, lead cost savings initiatives, and ensure site action plans are well aligned with the most impactful opportunities.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching on rigorous usage of foundational lean tools – PerformEx as a way of working every day.
- Execute regular loss analysis data drilldowns to identify key opportunities for improvements.
- Serve as the problem-solving lead for helping teams solve complex issues following a DMAIC process.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
- Engineering background with strong understanding of operations and lean principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; a true people person and problem solver.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (mandatory); Power BI or SAP experience is a plus.
- Ability to coach teams, build systems, and collaborate within a strong leadership team.
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an asset.
