• We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Content Designer II to join the
• Collaborative Apps and Platform organization on the Viva Engage team. In this
• role, you’ll lead end-to-end content design and strategy across product
• experiences, including messaging frameworks, naming, content patterns,
• terminology, audits, information architecture, UI strings, and in-product
• guidance. You’ll contribute your language expertise to improving LLM outputs and
• evaluation frameworks. You’ll also contribute to design systems and help evolve
• our content standards to support a global, diverse user base. Throughout your
• product-making, you’ll partner closely with designers, PMs, researchers,
• engineers, and applied and data scientists to shape intuitive, inclusive, and
• scalable experiences.
