ICT systems architecture/design experience - 3-5Y+
Wireless and wired networking design, implementation, and management -
MS Windows Server Systems Design and Administration -
Firewalls - Hybrid Environments (On-prem and cloud) -
Linux - 2-3Y+
Virtualization (VMWare, KVM, Hyper-V) - 3-5Y+
M365/ Azure - 2-3Y+
Excellent written and oral communication skills - 3-5Y+
Valid Driver’s License and access to vehicle - 1Y+

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

AWS - 2-3Y+
Vulnerability Scanning tools (Tenable, Nessus) - 2-3Y+
CCNA/CCNP or other IT certifications (which ones?) - 2-3Y+
Automation scripting (Bash, Python, SQL, Shell) - 3-5Y+
Aruba/Silverpeak - 2-3Y+
Bachelor's Degree in CompSci or similar - 3-4Y+
