Seeking a consultant to provide some guidance to my new biohazard and trauma scene remediation service on working with clients to file insurance claims . I want to be able to advise my clients to secure claims and also understand what limitations they may face. In addition want some advice on how to establish good business relationships and build trust when working with insurance people and understand the claims cycle. You can either be an insurance professional or have strong business experience on the remediation contracting side of things. MUST HAVE: •Experience with property claims & restoration •North American Insurance Industry, Canadian is a plus, •Able to see my perspective as a specialist restoration contractor helping clients in the most difficult situations •Able to advise on business strategy from the perspective of a restoration contractor establishing relationships and rapport with insurance professionals NICE TO HAVES: •Xactimate experience •Biohazard remediation claims experience
