Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Prepare reports. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel regularly. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
