Freelance Construction Estimator (Vancouver, BC Experience Required) Description: We are a growing renovation and remodeling company based in Vancouver, BC. We are looking for a detail-oriented construction estimator with proven experience in residential renovation projects in Greater Vancouver, BC, Canada. The ideal candidate will: • Provide accurate estimates and quantity take-offs quickly and efficiently. • Be familiar with Vancouver/BC building standards, materials, and pricing. • Deliver professional and easy-to-understand estimates for kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, painting, plumbing and full renovation projects. • Work affordably but with precision and speed. • Have connections with reliable subcontractors who can execute the work according to provided estimates. Requirements: • Previous experience estimating renovation projects in Vancouver or BC. • Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and trades in the local market. • Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Houzz Pro or similar). • Candidates from BC, Canada only will be considered.
