About
Role:
Responsible for maintenance and continuous improvement of the item compliance program for our retail client's eCommerce with a view to monitor and assess products for transportation of dangerous goods classification and flammable/combustible storage requirements. Provide support and collaborate with sellers, vendors and internal business units to resolve regulated product item setup and flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor products through the item setup pipeline, ensuring potentially regulated products are correctly classified for transportation of dangerous goods and flammable/combustible r storage requirements. Provide support and collaborate with sellers, vendors and internal business units to resolve product item setup and flow.
• Build strategic relationships and enable business functions by working closely with various internal business partners helping them to identify, assess and mitigate risk as they seek to expand assortment, service offerings and experiences.
• Create and monitor business metrics to track compliance and program effectiveness. Utilize data to assess and improve program effectiveness, identify trends and potential issues and respond timely to resolve. ...

• Strong competency in analytics and creative problem-solving skills to summarize complex datasets and using outputs to drive recommendations.
• Process-minded and looks for opportunities to streamline and improve efficiencies.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and stakeholder engagement to gain alignment.
