Test payments in both CAD and USD (test mode). 4) Zapier + Airtable (Simple CRM) Framer/OpenForm submissions → Airtable (new row). Fields: name, email, phone, language, currency, service, source, status. Automations: Confirmation email to prospect. Internal notification (email/Slack). Simple pipeline in Airtable: New → Contacted → Won/Lost. 5) OpenPhone (Welcome SMS) When a form is submitted OR a Stripe payment succeeds: Create/update the contact in OpenPhone. Send an automated welcome SMS (EN/FR/ES) with first name, service, currency, link, and opt-out (“STOP”). Respect sending hours (8 AM – 9 PM local time). Provide simple documentation to update SMS templates. 6) Domains & Redirect Configure legitreviews.ca → 301 permanent redirect to legitreviews.com (or /fr-ca). Verify .com DNS setup in Framer (without breaking MX/email). 7) Synup (Reputation & Local SEO) Connect Airtable → Synup via Zapier (or API if needed). When a client submits a form or makes a payment: Automatically create a profile/location in Synup (name, email, phone, address).
