We are seeking a Community Migration & Operations Specialist to lead the operational side of migrating 21,000+ community members onto the Heartbeat platform. You will work closely with our leadership team, Community Manager, and internal operations staff to ensure a smooth transition and elevated member experience. This role is both strategic and hands-on, involving designing the migration process, building systems, communicating with members, and ensuring seamless onboarding.
