Hey there! We’re looking for someone creative, strategic, and hands-on to help us build a thriving online community from scratch. Our focus? The power of building relationships and staying in touch in marketing — specifically for B2B sales reps and real estate agents. You’ll get to shape this community, recommend the best platform, create meaningful content, and gradually integrate our Stay-in-Touch system to keep members engaged without being pushy. This is a long-term collaboration — we want someone who can grow with us. Here’s what you’ll do: -Recommend the best platform to host our community and set it up. -Design the community structure, rules, and engagement flow. -Create and curate content, discussion prompts, and activities that get members talking. -Use our brand strategically and progressively for personalized touchpoints. -Moderate conversations and nurture a positive, welcoming environment. -Track engagement, suggest improvements, and advise on growth strategies. We’re looking for someone who: -Has built online communities before (B2B or real estate is a bonus). -Understands how to keep a community active and engaging. -Communicates clearly and can write content that resonates with professionals. -Knows or can learn tools like Slack, Discord, LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Groups. -Is self-motivated, strategic, and thinks long-term.
