Our goal is to make business processes simpler, faster, and more profitable through intelligent automation and advancements in tech. The Role: We’re looking for an experienced Remote Closer who knows how to lead discovery calls, handle objections, and close service-based or SaaS-style deals. You’ll speak with warm leads who are already interested in automation or efficiency tools — your job is to understand their needs, present our solution, and close. Responsibilities: - Conduct scheduled sales calls (B2B decision-makers) - Understand prospect pain points and pitch tailored automation solutions - Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward closing - Collaborate with our fulfillment team to ensure a smooth client handoff - Maintain basic reporting (deals closed, feedback, conversion insights) Compensation: Commission-Only Structure: You’ll earn 10% of each deal closed, including: 1. The main setup/implementation fee (one-time) 2. Plus the ongoing monthly retainer from that client That means you’ll earn residual, recurring commissions every month as long as your clients stay with us — making this a scalable income opportunity.
