In this role, you will support the Local Commercial Manager and Sales Team to drive business performance, provide commercial advice to operations stakeholders, and contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and process improvements. You will also manage bid proposals, prepare quotations, monitor accounts receivables, and act as deputy for the global Commercial Manager when required. Reporting is directly to the Global Division Controller & Commercial Manager, with close collaboration with the local Commercial Manager (in CH and Asia), Sales Team, Operations stakeholders, and Order Processing Team. This is a two-year fixed-term position at 50% pensum. Key Responsibilities Partner with the local Commercial Manager and Sales Team, offering both support and constructive challenge to drive business performance Provide commercial advice and support to operations stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives Enhance forecast accuracy through continuous improvement initiatives and active participation in the bi-monthly forecasting process Simplify and optimize commercial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Manage the bid proposal process, including updating commercial terms, coordinating risk reviews with Controlling, and ensuring a smooth handover to order processing Prepare quotations Contribute to the annual budgeting process Monitor and proactively manage accounts receivables, including overdue payments and special cases such as warranty accounts Additional Responsibilities Conduct ad-hoc analyses and scenario calculations to support decision-making Maintain master data and ensure high-quality order entry in SAP in collaboration with the order processing team Act as deputy of global Commercial Manager Requirements University degree in business administration or similar (FH, TS) At least 3-4 years’ experience in sales / commercial support, order processing or customer service in global environment  Fluent in English and conversational skills in German Strong knowledge and experience in SAP (SD and Business warehouse modules) and MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.) Problem solving oriented and hands-on.
