- We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to manage an existing book of commercial clients (80%) and support new business development (20%). The ideal candidate is RIBO-licensed, experienced, and client-focused.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of commercial insurance clients
- Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and client communications
- Quote and bind new business in line with underwriting guidelines
- Maintain strong insurer and client relationships
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Ensure compliance and accurate documentation in the BMS
- Qualifications
- RIBO license (required)
- 2+ years of commercial insurance experience
- Strong product knowledge and communication skills
- Proficient with BMS (e.g., Powerbroker) and MS Office
- Organized, detail-oriented, and client-driven
