- Job Description
- As a member of the Colleague Services team, the colleague shuttle driver provides transportation services for the Staff Residents living on site at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. This is an ideal role for a community focused individual; hosting residents on the shuttle, and providing transportation and lifestyle support, while completing daily tasks. The colleague shuttle driver is an essential component of our mission for all residents: to provide the best possible living experience on property.
- Start Date: December 2025
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Rate of Pay: $20.77/hour
Job Duties Include
- Operate the staff shuttle between the Chateau Lake Louise and the village of Lake Louise, the Lake Louise ski hill, Canmore, Banff.
- Complete weekly inspections of the Colleague Services vehicles ensuring vehicles are cleaned, maintained, and are not in need of repair. Reporting any issues to Colleague Services leadership team.
- Pick up mail deliveries from the local post office for all residents and assist the Colleague Services team in processing mail.
- Assist the Colleague Services team with the arrival of new staff members; picking up from village or the main hotel entrance, conducting a property tour, and assist with luggage and transportation to their unit.
- Qualifications
Your skills and experience includes
- Valid Alberta Class 4 driver's license and a current driver's abstract free of any serious demerit points.
- Previous experience providing professional, friendly and engaging service an asset.
- Experience working with vehicle and basic vehicle troubleshooting an asset.
Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following
- Driving for 6-8 hours per day.
- Ability to lift, carry and move heavy objects up to 50lbs, daily
- You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
