Description: We're building a cold email campaign to reach out to business owners (digital agencies, gyms, realtors) for acquisition and partnership conversations. We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented researcher who can source leads, verify email addresses, and manage email outreach setup using tools or manual methods. Bonus if you’ve already built a working pipeline like this before and can show results. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing: Business List Creation Scrape or manually compile a list of target businesses in selected niches (e.g. marketing agencies in the US/Canada). Data must include: Business Name Website Industry/Niche City/Location Find the Owner or Key Decision Maker Identify the owner, founder, or managing partner. Find and verify their work email address. Validate Emails Check all emails for validity using industry-standard tools. Provide confidence scores, bounce risk, and spam flags. Email Infrastructure Setup Assist in warming up new domains/inboxes using tools or sequences. Ensure proper SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration if needed. Upload and Manage in Go High Level Organize contacts, tag by niche/location, and load into Go High Level. Launch and monitor a cold email sequence (copy provided).
