We’re looking for an experienced Cold Email Outreach & Automation Specialist to build a complete cold email system designed to generate qualified, high-intent B2B leads and start meaningful conversations with decision-makers. The goal is to develop a reliable, data-driven outreach process that attracts warm prospects, rather than random contacts, through targeted and personalized campaigns. Responsibilities - Plan and execute the entire cold email outreach workflow (A–Z). - Review, clean, and segment verified contact lists for personalization and deliverability. - Recommend and configure tools (Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist) within budget. - Set up email domains, inboxes, and ensure full deliverability setup (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, BIMI). - Write and automate multi-step cold email sequences that sound natural, personalized, and relevant. - Monitor and optimize for open rate, reply rate, and positive response rate through testing. - Provide a handover guide for campaign tracking and future scaling. Requirements - Proven success running cold email outreach campaigns for B2B clients. - Deep understanding of email deliverability, DNS setup, reputation, and warm-up best practices. - Experience using tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, NeverBounce, or ZeroBounce. - Strong copywriting and personalization skills for short, human-sounding outreach messages. - Data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance metrics. - Ability to start within a week and deliver the initial setup within 3–5 days.
