We’re a small marketing agency looking for an experienced cold email specialist to help us set up our cold email infrastructure from start to finish. This means from setting up and guiding us on campaigns to booked calls We already have Apollo.io and our email domains — now we just need an expert to configure everything properly for high deliverability and smooth outreach operations. Responsibilities: • Set up and configure Apollo.io for outbound campaigns (lead lists, sequences, and mailboxes). • Connect and verify multiple sender domains and inboxes. • Ensure proper DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). • Set up tracking domains and cold email warm-up if needed. • Implement best practices for deliverability, sender reputation, and personalization. • Create a simple workflow we can use for future campaigns (lead import → sequence → monitoring). • Optional: Help us write or structure the first few outreach sequences. Requirements: • Proven experience setting up Apollo.io, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar tools. • Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain warm-up, and anti-spam compliance. • Familiarity with Gmail, Google Workspace, or custom domains (via DNS tools like Cloudflare, GoDaddy, etc.). • Ability to explain what’s being done and why, so our team can manage it afterward. • Attention to detail and ability to deliver within a few days. Preferred Skills: • Experience writing cold email copy. • Experience with email warm-up tools or multi-domain setups. • Understanding of lead enrichment and targeting within Apollo.
