We’re currently expanding our outreach and looking for a confident, persuasive Cold Caller & Appointment Setter to join our team. The Role: Your main responsibility will be to call leads from our provided list, qualify them, and book appointments with interested business owners for our sales team. This is a commission-based position only — you’ll be paid when a deal closes from an appointment you’ve booked. It’s perfect for a motivated salesperson who thrives on performance and results. Responsibilities: Call warm and cold leads from our database (leads and scripts provided). Qualify prospects and identify potential fits for our services. Book appointments directly onto our calendar. Take detailed notes and follow up as needed. Work closely with our team to improve conversion rates. Compensation: 100% commission-based — payment is made when a deal closes. High-ticket services = high commission potential. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing. Excellent English communication and confidence on the phone. Skilled in objection handling and conversational selling. Reliable, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Experience calling businesses in the US, UK, or Canada preferred.
