We’re seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to help us connect with small restaurant owners. Your main focus will be outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications. About Us: We partner with small, independent restaurants to help them grow through simple VIP club and loyalty solutions. Many restaurant owners are busy running day-to-day operations and don’t have the time or marketing expertise — that’s where we come in. What You’ll Do: Make outbound calls to small restaurant owners. Clearly present our solutions and spark interest. Schedule qualified appointments for our support team. Collect and update lead information (name, email, phone). Maintain CRM notes and follow up as needed. Requirements: Reliable internet connection. Previous experience as an appointment setter or cold caller. Excellent English communication skills — clear, confident, and friendly. Strong organizational skills — able to follow tasks and keep CRM up to date. Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
