We’re looking for an outgoing and motivated Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team. Your main responsibility will be making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our cleaning services, and setting up walkthrough appointments for estimates. Responsibilities: -Make outbound cold calls to leads (businesses and residential prospects). -Clearly present our cleaning services in a friendly, professional manner. -Overcome objections and build interest. -Schedule walkthroughs/appointments for our sales team. -Keep accurate notes of calls and follow-ups. Requirements: -Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience preferred (not required, but a plus). -Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence. -Organized and consistent in follow-up. -Reliable internet, phone, and quiet space to work from home. -Self-motivated and results-oriented.
