We are looking for an experienced cold call script writer (French – Québec) to create multiple versions of a high-converting cold call script for our financial services business. Our calling team will be contacting homeowners in Québec who don’t know who we are or what we offer. These are 100% cold calls, so we need scripts that quickly capture attention, build trust, and lead to booking a free appointment for a mortgage insurance comparison. Most of these homeowners obtained their mortgage insurance directly from their bank without comparing options. Many of them could save money or improve their coverage by reviewing their situation with us. What We’re Looking For We need a professional who can write scripts that are: • Clear, simple, and conversational – not pushy or too “salesy” • Short and effective – around 2–3 minutes long • Focused on one goal: booking a free appointment for a full insurance comparison • Adapted to Québec homeowners (many are families) • Includes multiple opening approaches to capture attention in the first 10 seconds • Includes objection-handling lines for common responses such as: • “I already have insurance with my bank.” • “I’m not interested.” • “I don’t have time.” Deliverables • 3 to 5 complete versions of a cold call script (2–3 minutes each) • Several opening lines and hooks • Objection-handling phrases for typical replies • Suggestions to make the script easy to memorize and deliver naturally • At least one script version specifically written for leads where we do not know if they are homeowners or tenants Ideal Candidate • Native French speaker (Québec preferred) • Proven experience writing cold call scripts for sales or financial services • Understands how to make cold calls feel human, friendly, and trustworthy • Bonus: Experience in telemarketing, insurance, or mortgage services Project Details • One-time project, with potential for ongoing work if results are strong • Remote / freelance • Start date: ASAP • Language: French (Québec) only Can be deliver in english if its a problem.
