Travel: Weekly in-person client visits from West Virginia to Maine; occasional travel to Canada
Overview:
We’re looking for a relationship-builder who enjoys meeting with clients face-to-face, asking the right questions, and helping solve real-world challenges. In this remote role, you’ll travel weekly across the Northeast to connect with clients, learn about their needs, and coordinate with colleagues to deliver practical, effective solutions.
You don’t need to come from a technical background—what matters most is your ability to listen, problem-solve, and guide conversations toward results. If you enjoy managing projects, staying organized, and being the go-to person who helps move things forward, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do:
Visit clients in person each week across your assigned Midwest territory
Build strong, trusted relationships by understanding client goals and challenges
Partner with internal team members to explore and deliver thoughtful, tailored solutions
Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with expectations
Identify future opportunities to support your clients based on their evolving needs
What We’re Looking For:
Experience managing projects or juggling multiple responsibilities to reach an end goal
Ability to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for communication and planning
Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different styles
A track record of building trust with customers or internal teams
Curiosity and the willingness to learn new topics quickly and ask thoughtful questions
Key Skills That Will Help You Succeed:
Strong time management and follow-through
Clear and confident written and verbal communication
Active listening and the ability to uncover key information
Problem-solving mindset—able to explore different ways to reach the best outcome
Ability to keep others informed, set expectations, and help deliver results
Comfort working independently while staying connected with a team
You’ll Need To Have:
A clean background check
Valid U.S. driver’s license and legal ability to work in the U.S.
A valid passport (for occasional travel to Canada)
Willingness to travel midweek across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky (primarily by car)
Perks & Benefits:
Remote flexibility with regular regional travel
401(k) with 3% employer match
Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
Mileage reimbursement included in your total compensation
Supportive, collaborative team culture
