We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Dobson Toncic team in Oakville. The Client Service Specialist will provide support and assistance to the Senior Account Executive while also having a new business sales target. This includes prospecting for & closing new client accounts, preparing and processing financial services proposals/statements in a timely manner; management of client documentation and client inquiries; and maintaining client files and all related information in secure client database. This role requires 4 days/week in office and will require some regional travel to visit clients. The Client Service Specialist will: Provide confidential support to the Senior Account Executive Prepare Marketing, Renewal and New Business Proposals for the Senior Account Executive Act as a main point of contact for client’s enquiries; responding to client questions and requests within one business day Meet/exceed new business sales targets Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies Contributing to the team by sharing information, knowledge and personal strengths; and seeking to understand and build on differing perspectives of others to enhance team efficiency and quality outcomes.
