Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Dust furniture. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Make beds and change sheets. Distribute clean towels and toiletries. Stock linen closet. Handle and report lost and found items. Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Support for Indigenous people: Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations .
