We are seeking an experienced Clinical Business Analyst specializing in Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Services to support the implementation of a large-scale, integrated Clinical Information Solution (CIS). In this role, you will work closely with clinical stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and IT teams to gather requirements, design clinical standards, and implement workflows and content within the CIS. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the standardization and modernization of healthcare delivery, improving consistency, efficiency, and collaboration in patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience with Health Information Systems, CIS/EHR implementations, workshop facilitation, and business process analysis, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and projects.

•Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements related to Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Services.

•Conducting gap analyses to identify differences between current practices and CIS capabilities.
•Developing design documents, workflows, and clinical content for the CIS.
•Facilitating workshops and engagement sessions with clinical stakeholders.
•Building, validating, and testing clinical content in the CIS.
•Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business needs with IT solutions.
•Acting as a subject matter expert on the digitization of clinical processes and CIS impacts.
•Maintaining strong working relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
•University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•5+ years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst or Clinical Informatics Analyst focusing on Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Services.
•Experience with Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS) and healthcare operations related to Medical Imaging.
•3+ years of experience in CIS implementation or similar large-scale healthcare projects.
•Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, workshop facilitation, use case development, and documentation.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French is strongly preferred.
•Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, work independently, and manage multiple project streams.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams).
•Experience using project management tools such as Atlassian JIRA.
•Previous experience within public health authorities is an asset.
