We are seeking an experienced Clinical Business Analyst – Oncology to support a large-scale healthcare transformation project focused on implementing a unified, province-wide Clinical Information Solution (CIS). In this role, you will collaborate with clinicians, project teams, and technical experts to design, build, and validate oncology-related workflows, order sets, and documentation standards within the new system. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in oncology operations, at least five years of hands-on work with Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS), and a strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and workshop facilitation. This opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in modernizing healthcare delivery and shaping how oncology care is standardized and delivered across the province. Bilingual (English/French) professionals with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
•Collaborate with clinicians, project teams, and subject matter experts to gather and define oncology-related business and system requirements.
•Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in workflows and clinical documentation.
•Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to validate requirements and develop standardized order sets, templates, and workflows.
•Develop detailed business analysis documentation, including process maps, use cases, and design documents.
•Build, validate, and test oncology content within the Clinical Information Solution (CIS).
•Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to training materials for system adoption.
•Ensure alignment between business requirements, clinical standards, and system capabilities.
•Maintain compliance with privacy, data management, and healthcare regulations.
•Occasionally perform after-hours or weekend work when approved.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
•University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and oncology-related experience.
•At least 5 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst or Clinical Informatics Analyst, focusing on oncology requirements gathering, business process analysis, workshop facilitation, and workflow design.
•Minimum 5 years of experience working with Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS) and oncology-related healthcare operations.
•At least 3 years of experience supporting CIS/EHR implementation projects in a healthcare setting, specifically in oncology.
•Availability to start on the required date.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience developing oncology-related CIS content, such as order sets, documentation templates, or ancillary services (Pharmacy, Medical Imaging, Laboratory).
•Bilingual in English and French with strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Proven ability to lead workshops with healthcare providers to gather and validate requirements.
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
•Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Atlassian JIRA.
•Previous experience within public health authorities and knowledge of healthcare policies and operations.
