About the job The company makes personalized, print-on-demand children’s books. Your job is to take a short brief and turn it into finished book pages using AI image generation and Photoshop, while keeping the production process on schedule. Main Tasks Use AI tools (ChatGPT image tools, MidJourney, etc.) to create book illustrations. Do light Photoshop edits (crop, resize, fix edges, place into templates, adjust colors/lighting, add text). Prepare final files using the provided print specs (DPI, bleed, export settings). Manage workflow with checklists, timelines, and updates in ClickUp. Double-check all pages for accuracy (names, spelling, layout, details). What you need Experience managing small creative projects (using ClickUp or similar tools). Comfortable using AI to generate images and refine prompts. Basic Photoshop skills (no advanced illustration needed, just clean edits). Strong attention to detail and organized file handling. Clear written English and reliable communication. Must-have skills Photoshop AI image generation Project management (ClickUp) Nice to have: Experience preparing files for print or e-commerce. Familiarity with Google Drive structure and naming conventions. Work hours Must overlap with 9 AM – 5 PM EST daily.
