We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children of various ages. This role requires a compassionate individual who is passionate about working with children and has the ability to manage their behavior effectively while providing quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Provide care for infants, including feeding, diaper changing, and comforting as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play.
• Engage in positive behavior management techniques to encourage good behavior among children.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Assist with homework and provide guidance in educational activities as necessary.
• Foster social skills through group activities and playtime interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in childcare, including babysitting, nannying, or caregiving roles.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR is preferred; certification is a plus.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive environment.
• Ability to educate children through creative play and structured activities.
• Experience working with infants is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with children and parents effectively.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children of all ages.
