As our sales & outreach partner, you’ll be the one connecting stressed entrepreneurs with a Fractional CFO / Cash Flow Ninja who brings them clarity, investor-ready financials, and the breathing room to scale. Your outreach won’t just book calls — it will help startups survive and thrive. About Us I’m a fractional CFO who has scaled a company from bootstrap to IPO, raised $55M+, and managed $100M+ budgets. Today, I partner with growth-stage founders as their CFO-for-hire — building financial discipline, fixing cash flow, and preparing them for funding and growth. What We Need We’re looking for an outreach specialist to drive qualified leads (founders, CEOs, startup operators) through outbound channels. Your role is to build pipeline, set up meetings, and fuel growth. Responsibilities - Research and identify ideal prospects (founders, CEOs, startup decision-makers). - Run outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels. - Personalize messaging to resonate with founder pain points (cash crunch, fundraising stress, messy numbers). - Book qualified discovery calls for the CFO. - Track outreach activities and results. - Continuously refine outreach for higher conversions. What Success Looks Like - Consistent flow of qualified booked calls per week. - Messaging that sparks replies and genuine interest. - Pipeline growth that converts into paying clients. Requirements - Proven experience in B2B lead generation / outbound sales. - Strong written communication (clear, concise, value-driven). - Comfortable engaging with founders and execs. - Familiar with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and outbound automation. - Self-starter — scrappy, persistent, and results-oriented. - Bonus: Familiarity with startups, SaaS, or financial services. Test Project (to start) As part of this engagement, we’ll begin with a short test project: - Within the first 2 weeks, research and reach out to prospects, and book at least 1 qualified discovery call with a founder/CEO. - This will help us evaluate fit, approach, and results before scaling into a longer-term partnership.
