• Starting at $17.85/hour + gratuities, increasing to $23.42/hour after 90 shifts, with bi-annual increases.

• What You’ll Do
• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service at a variety of banquet events.
• Guide guests through food and beverage selections with confidence and hospitality.
• Serve meals and beverages to guests following hotel service standards.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and hotel policies in all areas of service.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and other duties to support a flawless guest experience.
• Qualifications
• What You Bring
• Previous front-of-house experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Serving It Right certification (required).
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is an asset.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Calm, courteous, and composed in fast-paced situations.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and overnights.
• Fluency in English (required) and fluency in French is an asset.
• Physical Requirements
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Ability to carry three or more plates at once.
• Comfortable with frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and occasional stair climbing.
