We are recruiting for a casual/back-up Personal Support Worker to assist a private male employer who had a stroke with all activities of daily living.

The employer enjoys music and karaoke.

Start Date: November 3, 2025

Location:

• Burnaby, BC (Near Christine Sinclair Community Centre)

Shifts & Hours of Work:

• Casual/Back-up
• Monday, Thursday, and Saturdays
• 10:00am to 2:00pm
• These will be the days and time you will be called when needed

Compensation:

• $24.00 an hour

Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):

• Assist with personal care such as toileting, and bathing/showering
• Meal preparation, and feeding
• Transfers with a Hoyer Lift
• Light housekeeping duties

Required Qualifications:

• Must be physically fit and able to assist with transfers
• Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19 (2 doses minimum)
• Experience with Stroke patients

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $24.00 per hour
