We are seeking a skilled architect w Sketchup experience to modify our small closet dormer plans ensuring that they comply with Toronto Canada building codes. The project involves using an existing dormer design but reducing it to a slightly smaller size. The ideal candidate will quickly modify detailed construction plans for builder, for structural elements. We will provide current submission plan. This is a one-time project with potential for future help with overflow projects when they arise. Please share samples of similar work.
