Hello, We are a U.S.-based perfume oil company expanding sales to Canada through our Shopify website. We do not have any warehouse or office in Canada, so we are looking for a Canadian regulatory agent to help us comply with Health Canada cosmetic requirements. Specifically, we need help with: Submitting Cosmetic Notification Forms (CNF) to Health Canada for our perfume oils (cosmetic category). Providing a valid Canadian address to be used in the CNFs and, if required, on product labels as the Canadian contact address. Acting as our Canadian representative / agent of record for regulatory correspondence. Providing official confirmation of CNF submission and acceptance from Health Canada. Optional: Advising on Non-Resident Importer (NRI) setup or coordination with customs brokers (not required but a plus). We already have: Product ingredient lists and packaging labels ready. Clear understanding of perfume oil classification as cosmetics (not natural health products). Ideal Candidate: Based in Canada (required). Experience with Health Canada Cosmetic Notification System (CNS). Familiar with import/export or regulatory compliance for cosmetics or fragrances. Can legally represent foreign manufacturers for Health Canada correspondence. Responsive and able to provide a clear quote per SKU or annual fee.
