We are a SaaS company seeking a Canadian lawyer experienced in drafting commercial contracts to create or refine an independent contractor / service provider agreement for our business. The agreement will be used for ongoing work with contractors in Canada and must be fully compliant with Canadian laws to avoid any risk of employee misclassification. We already have a basic agreement in place and are looking for a lawyer to review, improve, and finalize it.
