About

We’re looking for an experienced Canadian grant writer and researcher to help identify, write, and submit grants for our growing women’s networking community based in Toronto, Canada. Our initiative, Women Who Network, hosts in-person events that bring together ambitious women entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals for authentic connection, collaboration, and growth. Our mission is to redefine networking by creating spaces where women can connect deeply, grow together, and build meaningful opportunities in business and life. We’re now seeking funding to expand our events across Canada and build sustainable partnerships — and we’re looking for someone who can help us make that happen through grant funding. What You’ll Do: • Research and identify Canadian grants and funding opportunities for women-led, community-based, or entrepreneurship-focused initiatives. • Write compelling, well-structured grant proposals that reflect our mission and impact. • Apply for multiple grants per week, ensuring each submission aligns with eligibility requirements and deadlines. • Track submissions, maintain a grant calendar, and provide weekly updates on progress. • Assist in creating a grant strategy to support long-term event and community growth. Requirements: • Proven experience writing successful Canadian grants • Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail. • Understanding of funding streams for women entrepreneurs, community organizations, and small business development. • Ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines.
