About
This is a great opportunity for senior devs looking for a stable and long term position. The projects you will be working on are based on .NET/.NET Core/WebApi/MVC/WebForms/React/Angular/SQL Server/PostgresSql/Redis/Hangfire/Kafka and other related tools. There are lots of backend, frond end, database and API development. Projects are usually not too big and complex but there are some that could be very big and complex and might require a lot of research. So you should be prepared to put on a lot of hats and do research, debugging, data optimization, data import/export and figuring out legacy code. Also some projects might require extensive QA and error handling. A deep understanding of software development trends and technologies such as event driven design, microservice architecture, deployment pipelines, mocking frameworks, unit tests, DI, OOP, design patterns and others is required. As mentioned in the title we mostly use C#, SQL, ASP.NET, .NET Core, WebAPI, React and Angular and occasionally HTML5, CSS, TS and other front end technologies. We are a small software shop and looking to dedicate someone to some of the new projects we are taking on, as mentioned before you will be doing lots of things and quality of code and paying attention to details is very important. This job requires a lot of patience and attention to details. We are looking for 20 to 30 hrs of work per week initially and then if satisfied full time work. You will be working directly with the client in US and attend their meetings so you need to be in Eastern Time Zone (EST). You will join daily standups in the morning and report on what you are doing and if any questions. The projects you are assigned are long time and you will be switching between two to three projects during the week but continuing tasks on those projects. There will be an online interview with the top bidder before awarding the project. Interview is one round and has a technical questions and a short coding challenge. Please let me know if any questions. And thanks for bidding on this project.
