Looking for an experienced business plan writer to create a business plan for a Canadian health-tech startup. The company is building a digital platform focused on family health management, preventive care, and healthcare logistics. We already have a detailed pitch deck, Q&A notes, and supporting documents. Your role will be to turn this material into a polished business plan with strong narrative flow, market analysis, and financial projections. We need someone who understands how to write clearly, structure arguments, and create a plan that is suitable for incubators, investors, and immigration-related review. Scope of Work: • Expand our existing pitch deck and notes into a full business plan (approx. 25–35 pages) • Produce a complete 5-year pro forma (income statement, cash flow, assumptions, and staffing plan) • Conduct any additional market research needed for Canada and North America and provide sources • Refine our business model and operations description based on provided materials • Ensure alignment with real-world digital health and wellness industry standards • Present the final plan in a clean, professional format (PDF + editable file) Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with health-tech, SaaS, digital wellness, or logistics-based startups • Prior work on business plans for accelerator or incubator applications • Familiarity with Canadian compliance, PIPEDA, or healthcare ecosystem (not required but helpful) What We Will Provide: • Full pitch deck • Detailed Q/A notes covering business model, operations, teams, risks, and strategy • Company background, founder bios, and product vision • Outline of the product roadmap • Any additional guidance you need throughout the process
