Our Columbus market is growing in pace with the vibrant city. Minutemen is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Columbus Market that can add new opportunities to our successful Columbus branch location.

Business Development Manager

Duties:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the {market} market
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective {Customer relationship management} strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure new contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and delivery
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Experience:

- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent project management abilities
- Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools
