I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Assistant / Project Manager / Personal Assistant to support both my growing business and personal projects. This is a dynamic role with varied tasks, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage day-to-day business operations and projects. Assist with scheduling, emails, follow-ups and administrative tasks. Help plan and oversee workshops, events, and client appointments. Research suppliers, products, and opportunities as needed. Prepare and maintain professional documents and reports. Occasionally assist with personal errands or organization tasks. Requirements: Fluent in French (spoken and written). English is an asset. Based in Montreal or surrounding area (ability to meet in person occasionally). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong sense of initiative and attention to detail. Comfortable with Google Workspace, project management or scheduling tools. Experience in business assistance, project coordination, or executive support is an advantage. Details: Part-time with potential to grow into a long-term role. Flexible schedule but must be responsive during normal business hours. Compensation: To be discussed based on experience.
