Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Ownership :
- Act as the Product Owner for trade finance Working capital finance solutions, managing the product backlog and prioritizing features aligned with business goals.
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for PO Financing, Invoice Discounting, Working Capital Finance, trade loans
- Must have knowledge on SWIFT messages relating to Trade Finance
Business Analysis:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from global corporate banking stakeholders.
- Create detailed functional specifications for trade finance modules including Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Bills, and Collections.
Domain Expertise:
- Leverage deep knowledge in trade finance instruments such as:
- Purchase Order Financing
- Invoice Discounting
- Working Capital Finance
- Export/Import Financing
- Letters of Credit
- Bank Guarantees
- Bills for Collection
- Collections and Settlements
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams technology, compliance, operations, and relationship managers across global markets.
- Serve as the liaison between business users and development teams to ensure solution alignment with market-specific regulatory and operational needs.
- Solution Design & Delivery:
- Support solution design, UAT planning, and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure scalability and compliance of trade finance products across multiple geographies.
- Market & Regulatory Awareness:
- Maintain awareness of global trade finance trends, regulatory updates (e.g., UCP 600, SWIFT standards), and market-specific requirements.
- Agile Delivery:
- Work in Agile environments, contribute to sprint planning, and manage epics/user stories related to trade finance offerings.
