Responsibilities
The Intermediate Business Analyst will be responsible for:

- Requirements & Process Management: Documenting and supporting ongoing business/product requirements. Leading the finalization of new or enhanced operational procedures and processes, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

- Product Support & Monitoring: Monitoring and processing requests from clients/internal stakeholders and providing frequent product support for the Patient Access product. Running reports to provide evidence of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.

- Operational Readiness: Ensuring operational readiness for every product release, including integrating with new digital health tools and supporting the onboarding of services.

- Analysis & Documentation: Conducting business and client requirement analysis. Performing data and user experience analysis. Preparing and maintaining system documentation, user guides, process maps, and training manuals.

- Testing & Quality: Providing business and technical content in the development of test plans and facilitating/supporting business and clinical participation in the execution of test plans.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Educating clients, stakeholders, and users in the broader health care sector on Patient Access policies, concepts, and processes. Collaborating across cross-functional teams and supporting the Senior Product Manager.

- Issue Management: Identifying and addressing potential challenges or roadblocks promptly and escalating critical issues to develop and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications
Must-Have Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' Business Analyst experience in product management and/or IT.

- 3+ years of experience with requirements elicitation and analysis techniques.

- Experience in the software as a service (SaaS) and/or integration implementations, with a proven track record of operational success in a product launch and/or product release.

- Experience with process documentation, process mapping techniques, and other product customer support documentation.

- Experience with ITIL, Change Management, and ITSM applications (i.e., Remedy/Helix).

- Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile/SCRUM practices.

- 2+ years of experience with quality assurance testing and supporting implementation/business support for web or mobile-based applications.

- Excellent communications skills (listening, speaking, and writing).

Desired Skills (Assets):
- Identity and Access Management experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health-related fields, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
