We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operational Support Analyst to join the Audit Operations team. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and security compliance across the Audit function by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of colleague access, assets, and technology. This is an 8-month hybrid contract (until June 30, 2026) with the possibility of extension and conversion to a permanent position.
Location: Hybrid—primarily remote with initial training on-site at the TD Centre (66 Wellington Street West, Toronto). On-site presence may be required with advance notice.

Responsibilities
Colleague Lifecycle Management (Onboarding/Offboarding)
Onboarding: Manage the comprehensive onboarding process for all new hires (including contingent workers), which involves initiating SOW requests, coordinating hardware/physical access, setting up software/network accounts, and ensuring all relevant system access is provisioned based on the new hire's role.
Offboarding: Execute the precise and timely revocation of access to all company systems, software, and networks upon departure. Systematically revoke access to Audit-owned applications (SharePoint, shared drives) and oversee the collection of all company property (devices, keys, ID badges).
Internal Transfers: Manage the systematic removal of access to Audit-owned data and physical spaces for colleagues transferring out of Audit, including overseeing the transfer or retrieval of provisioned devices.
Application and Data Governance
Application Maintenance: Serve as an administrator for Audit-owned applications (SMART and RETAIN), updating them promptly to reflect promotions, leaves of absence, or manager movements.
Provisioning & Maintenance: Provision and manage additional software and hardware required by audit colleagues to complete scheduled engagements.
Compliance Attestation: Manage and support the process for quarterly SharePoint/ShareDrive and annual Generic Email attestations.
Physical Asset Management: Oversee the physical file retention lifecycle via Iron Mountain and manage the provisioning and capacity monitoring of tools (headsets, keyboards, mouse) at physical audit locations.
Data Management: Support internal data management requirements and controls as outlined in the Audit Data Management Procedures.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
Experience: 2–4 years of overall professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to onboarding and offboarding tasks.
Operational Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Business Analyst or Operational Support experience.
Audit/Compliance Exposure: Minimum of 2 years of experience or exposure to an Audit, Compliance, or highly regulated environment.
Access Provisioning: 2 years of direct experience with access provisioning and identity management principles.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (4+ years), required for reporting and tracking within the Audit function.
Education: A Business-related degree is required.
